My highest purpose is to heal families today and pave the way for future generations  

by healing the individual issues which keep you stuck, anxious and overwhelmed in your life right back to their roots in generational traumas, unresolved pain, and outdated expectations.

Working deeply with couples has highlighted for me that men have their invisible wounds, their side of the story and also need healing to accept and own themselves undefended and open their hearts fully to their loved ones.

I specialize in helping men who have made their way in the world, met the benchmarks, achieved professionally, but still find themselves feeling alone in their own homes, in their families and often disconnected from the people they love.

Through my years of family constellation work, I have seen first hand the traumas and wounds that have been passed down through generations. With the cultural shifts that are happening in today’s society, more pressure is being put on men than ever to fill roles, be, and behave differently than they have in the past - and most don’t have a frame of reference on what these expectations even look like.

The Soul To Soul Method

First, each individual works privately and confidentially with me to get to the root of their own personal issues. As we come to a resolution for each individual, we engage in couple sessions in which each partner can articulate clearly what they need from the other and develop compassion and deep understanding of their life mate.

Rather than contentious compromise, both partners arrive at an organic way forward in their relationship which is uniquely their own.

I offer packages which combine individual and couples’ sessions and establish individual accountability and commitment to work through the “tough stuff” for the duration. Such commitment allows each person to relax, open and express themselves authentically in the safety and security of our work together.

Individual sessions are two hours in duration to allow time for each person to get to the root of their issue, resolve it and come out of the session with more inner comfort, clarity and confidence. Similarly, two hour couples sessions allow ample time for partners to express themselves authentically and establish a foundation of trust and understanding in moving forward together.

If you have already done individual work and are ready to engage in a meaningful discussion with your partner supported by me, there are packages of only couples sessions from which to choose. These packages are also useful to extend couples’ work together or as refreshers or maintenance sessions.
